Eligibility & Educational Qualification of UP TET Exam

UP TET 2014: Eligibility & Educational Qualification for Paper-1 & Paper 2
Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) Minimum Qualification

Paper -1 : Primary Level Teachers

Candidate must have passed 10+2 class pass with 50% marks + 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (Final Year Student May Also apply ). Those applicant who are appearing in final 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education / 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) / 2 – year Diploma in Education in Special Education can also apply for it, Candidate having Graduation degree &  2 years Diploma in Elementary Education can also apply

Paper -2 Upper Primary Level for class VI to class VIII, minimum qualifications.

  • Candidates having graduation degree (B.Sc. / BA) and those who are in final year of B.Sc., BA and B.Ed. can apply with minimum 45 percent marks. Those appearing in final 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education / 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) / 2 – year Diploma in Education in Special Education are also eligible.Candidates with 50 percent marks in senior secondary or B.Ed.10+2 class pass with 50% marks + 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). Applicants with 4 year B.Sc.Ed/BA or B.Sc. /B.A. /B.Ed. and with 50 percent marks in B.Sc or BA.Graduation +  1-year B.ed (Special Education)

UP TET Exam Result announced

Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board declared the result of UPTET 2013. Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2013 examination held on 27th and 28th June, 2013. Candidate who appeared on Paper-1 or Paper-2  UP TET Exam can download Result from official website.

In UPTET 2013 exam total of 722566 candidates appeared and out of which only 102755 candidates qualify the test. Candidate have to enter the Roll number and submit the form at following link:http://upbasiceduboard.gov.in/tet_regno.aspx
